Colorado Association of Transit Agencies fall conference

This Thursday, September 16, I’ll be speaking at the Colorado Association of Transit Agencies (CASTA) conference.  If you’ll be there, drop a line before to say hello.  I’m looking forward to my first visit to Colorado, a Rocky Mountain country state that has made significant investments in transit.

The presentation topic is “Online strategies and methods for easy-to-use transportation information and effective marketing.”  I’ll survey transit websites, highlighting various features, best practices, worst practices, and accessibility standards.
