Paul is an accomplished visual and digital artist with a strong expertise in standards-compliant, special-needs-accessible web development. He has applied his aesthetic and technical skills to build many websites for public transportation in collaboration with Trillium. Paul is well-versed in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress development. He holds a B.A. in art from Reed College in Portland, Oregon.
