We are currently handling a variety of projects and are open to hiring a junior or senior role depending on the applicant pool. Either way, this position will work as part of our project management team to assist with and/or lead a variety of projects under the supervision of our General Manager. Tasks assigned may include:

This is a salary position of $54,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on education and prior professional experience. We provide 24 days of PTO per year, health insurance (100% paid for employee), ability to contribute to a 401k after 12 months with a 3% employer contribution, and paid public transit commuter costs.
Trillium supports a very flexible work environment. We expect employees to work approximately 40 hours/week, but the timing of those hours can vary. We are all currently working remotely, but when it is safe we expect employees to work from our downtown Portland office on certain Thursdays from about 11am-2pm, as needed for meetings, and for another 4 hour regular block of time that they choose.
