Senior WordPress Developer

Trillium is searching for a Senior WordPress Developer.

A Senior WordPress Developer will manage technical website development, guide our WordPress theme development, lead custom projects, provide technical support to our WordPress developers, lead pairing sessions and manage website development for quality.

This position will report to our General Manager and work with two Website Developers and a Website Support Technician. Our ultimate goal is to better support our website team to work with clients in decision making and expectations, and guide the team in building new websites, help maintain our existing portfolio of 30+ sites and plugins and lead the team in progressing our base theme to allow us to provide many new state-of-the-art transit websites at an accelerated pace.

Schedule

Trillium supports a very flexible work environment. We expect employees to work approximately 40 hours/week, but the timing of those hours can vary. We are all currently working remotely, but when it is safe we expect employees to work from our downtown Portland office on certain Thursdays from about 11am-2pm, as needed for meetings, and for another 4 hour regular block of time that they choose. Compensation and Benefits

We provide PTO, health insurance (100% paid for employees), ability to contribute to a 401k after 12 months and 3% employer contribution, and all Portland-area public transit expenses paid. Compensation depends upon experience, but the expected salary range for this position is  $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
